We started out with remodel programs and have progressed to doing TI’s and “Ground Ups”. As a full-service builder, we can bring your restaurant to life for you. In recent years under the direction of our company President, we have expanded our talents to other facets of construction. This includes doing work for many local school districts, remodel and expansion of car dealerships, manufacturing, labs, restructuring buildings for multipurpose use, and any projects out clients need us to do. With the ever-changing rules and regulations concerning ADA work, we are here to help you get compliant. We will work with your CASp inspector to bring both the inside and outside of your building in compliance. If you do not have a CASp inspector, we can help with that as well. With a staff of superintendents having more than 110 years of combined experience between them, and an office staff to back them up, your project is in great hands. With our reputation of handling difficult jobs with tight schedules, all the while maintaining a level of craftsmanship unmatched in the industry, we are here to help you with your project.
Relationships
With humble beginnings in 1979, Levica General Builders was doing finish work in custom homes. In 1982 we started doing finish work for the then fledgling Carl’s Jr. restaurant chain, which we still do work for today. As our business grew, more and more restaurant chains were asking for our services and many of those relationships continue today.
The company incorporated in 1997, to what is now Levica Builders Inc. Having always been a family business from the start, we still maintain that family atmosphere to this day. With many employees having more than 20 years with the company, we have a solid foundation from which to build from. With this rock-solid foundation, we service all our clients with the highest of standards.
